since the red sox closer sitution seems to be such mixed bag rank their bullpen in order of most likely to be closer at the end of the season and best option for pickup.

i saw vincent padilla's name bandied about in the boston globe, is he someone i should add?

Nah. The Sox closer situation is a complete mess and I would not waste the bench spot on a potential candidate (trade or otherwise). They could take weeks to see what Aceves, Melancon, Bard? or whoever do.
