The current trade:
Send Jay Bruce, Cin OF from OF to Blue
Send Ryan Roberts, Ari 2B from Bench to Blue
Receive David Freese, StL 3B from Blue to Bench
Receive Mark Trumbo, LAA 1B from Blue to Bench
Receive Allen Craig*, StL OF from Blue to Bench

I think I already know the answer, but is the above trade any way far?

I thought about offering this trade:
Send Jay Bruce, Cin OF from OF to Blue
Receive David Freese, StL 3B from Blue to Bench
Receive Mark Trumbo, LAA 1B from Blue to Bench

Do you think this would work? Yes, I am aware I need pitching but he doesn't seem to want to offer up pitching and he has offered up some lop sided trades (of course in his favor).

This was the previous trade that I declined:
MEM traded Jay Bruce, Cin OF to Blue
MEM traded Ryan Roberts, Ari 2B to Blue
MEM traded Jonathan Papelbon, Phi RP to Blue
Blue traded David Freese, StL 3B to Elite
Blue traded Colby Rasmus, Tor OF to Elite
Blue traded Mark Trumbo, LAA 1B to Elite
Blue traded Sergio Santos, Tor RP to Elite

Or what else could possibly work? The consistent pieces have been Bruce, Freese, and Trumbo; he just recently add Roberts.

Anyways my roster:

C Geovany Soto, ChC C
1B Michael Cuddyer, Col 1B, OF
2B Jason Kipnis, Cle 2B

OF Lance Berkman, StL 1B, OF
OF Jayson Werth, Wsh OF
UTIL Erick Aybar, LAA SS
Bench Prince Fielder, Det 1B
Bench Jimmy Rollins, Phi SS
Bench Drew Stubbs, Cin OF
Bench Dee Gordon, LAD SS
Bench Ryan Roberts, Ari 2B, 3B
Bench Carlos Pena, TB 1B

SP Ryan Dempster, ChC SP
SP Jonathan Sanchez, KC SP
SP Trevor Cahill, Ari SP
RP Jonathan Papelbon, Phi RP
RP Matt Thornton, CWS RP
RP Greg Holland, KC RP
DL Ted Lilly*, LAD SP DL15

2B Dustin Pedroia, Bos 2B
3B David Freese, StL 3B

I think those trades are pretty fair. Especially since Trumbo is coming off a rough start defensively.

Obviously take the first trade if he will accept it, if not I would still be happy with the second trade.

I am not touching either of those trades. Bruce is by far the best player in the deal and you aren't getting anything similar in value.

Agree with the above poster. Nobody you're getting back even comes close to Bruce in value. Unless it knocks your socks off, I wouldn't trade Bruce for anything.
