I love the ability that he can play 2b,ss and 3b, as i have andrus and alvarez, alvarez doesnt play against lefties and andrus usually gets 1 day off a week.
i have alonso right now, who isnt doing anything and i already have a backup OF in cain. i also have carp and quentin coming off the DL who i consider both better then alonso.
some other guys to consider are
seager, aviles, descalso, sean rodriguez or wigginton.
any thoughts WHIR

None of those guys on the wire are critical pickups, though Aviles looks like he might do fine enough. I would rather wait and see on Alonso, but if you are adamant on dropping him then Aviles is probably the way to go until he putters out.
Basically this.
