I think more highly of Worley than most, though, and think he's gonna have a pretty good season.

beachy wont get shut down at all

what makes you believe this?

couple reasons,
1-braves pitchers barely pitch more then 6 innings unless they are just unhittable.
2- when a team is in a playoff race you do not shut down a key pitcher( david price and phil hughes in 2010 both where suppose to be shut down both finished the year as SP)

if you are worried about beachy getting shut down why arent you about luebke? both the same age, padres wont be near a playoff race and never started 20 games in a season be4?

1. I never said luebke didn't have that risk.

2. Brandon beachy had pitched 76 innings, 134.2 innings, and 147 innings in the past 3 years. Before that he was a 3rd baseman. I would be shocked if they let him go over 175 this year.

3. Steamer has him projected for 157, bill James 155, marcel 132 and zips 152.
