Perhaps we could get a database going to give others a heads up for the regular off days by our favorite players? For example, Jon Lucroy sat every game Wolf pitched last season, and apparently it's still the same deal this season, as he's on the bench today with Wolf on the mound. Yahoo just says he's not in the lineup, not that he will sit every Wolf start. Nyjer Morgan never starts a game against left-handed batters. These aren't terribly fantasy relevant players in standard leagues, but they're examples of what we could use to get a heads up on tinkering with our lineup for the week

Lucroy - always rests every fifth start, when Wolf gets the ball
Morgan - never starts against lefties, Gomez typically starts in CF on these days
