Does anyone experience lag issues only on the ps3 app? It works perfectly on my laptops and ipad but my ps3 is ridiculously laggy ..... anyone?

I had it for a month last season just to see how it performed (this was before they started doing the 1 free game/day). It was pretty laggy then. Sometimes it would just freeze on the screen and you would have to manually start it back up again. Not sure if you're using Wi-fi for your PS3 or plugged in...but i've read some have had better luck with it wired. I tried one of the free games this year on a wired connection and it wasn't that much better than last year. Plus, i can't stand the odd streaming picture. It doesn't look like a live sports broadcast when it's on a large screen tv.

I'm just sucking it up this year and getting the Extra Innings package since we have Directv now. It's very nice getting every game in HD and not having to worry if the game will pause or hitch because of lag or server problems.

Just to throw something out there. Last year I tired to make it work on a Bluray player that had the MLB app. Terribly laggy, pretty much unbearable. I watched most of my games on my PC anyways so it wasn't much of an issue. But this year MLB has come tot he Xbox 360 and two days in ans I'll tell you I am in LOVE.
Hd quailty video and the audio is awesome. I have to say I have no problem using it at all.
