how to add players to another team on espn?

So one of the teams in my league dropped most of their players. When I try to add them back to the roster it says that the player is still on waivers. The site claims that adding by commish overrides waivers, but its not working for me. Can someone help me?

Also how would I lock his team?

Go into LM Tools. You will see on the right "Roster Tools" and under that "Edit Rosters". You can add players this way, waivers should not matter.

FYI that sometimes even under commish tools it blocks it temporarily. I have had to fix peoples mistakes before and every once in a while ESPN makes me wait a day even under commish tools. If it keeps giving you trouble just try tomorrow. No rhyme or reason and probably 10% of the time at most but worst case it always works the next day under commish tools.
