Brandon Jennings has a better chance of getting to 20 ppg than 20/40 imo. I'm not even sure Desmond will get to 20/40. I think he's going to be a really good player but I think some people will be disappointed when he 'only' hits .270, 12HR, 35SB. I'm not completely sold on the avg/power that some are predicting.

Lol, brain fart. Still transitioning thinking about fantasy basketball to fantasy baseball.

Yeah though, realistically I'm thinking 15 HRs this year, and 35-40 SBs. With his potential and with a good situation I can see 20-40 as my expectations for his ceiling this year, but at least he's started on the right foot.

If he can go 15/35 I will be completely thrilled. Even the 12/35 would be great if he pairs it with .270.

Yep, I think some have unrealistic expectations of rookies/near rookies. There is a banner crop but it's virtually guaranteed that one of these elite guys will be a bust in his first season.

Ya he got rocked pretty bad in the first. I still can't believe Kemp's shot didn't go out. I thought it was gone the second it was off the bat. Stupid Petco park

*EDIT* And billingsley strikes out the side? Interesting difference of projections.

Thank god for unearned runs. I'm throwing Luebke and McCarthy today...

Ditto on Luebke and McCarthy. I'm liking the 6 Ks and 0 BBs through 4 IP for Luebke.
