Need more info to make a good recommendation.... but on the face of it without knowing scoring or roster, if the league is a Dynasty League, then no. If Redraft or Keeper league where you wouldn't keep your SS at end of year, then yes.

I would stick with Aybar. Not a Jeter fan and think his days of being very useful for fantasy are about over.

You still have to stick with Aybar despite that old feeling for Jeter and his hey day. Aybar runs, will probably put up similar stats to last year, and will stay in the lineup. Jeter is older and could need a day here and there (but this IS Jeter, not Chipper Jones). Given that there's no promise to any sort of return of old, stick with the younger guy.

Aybar will stay on the field more. Aybar will provide more SB's.Both hit at the top of potent lineups. I think it's Aybar and maybe not that close.

Not really. Aybar had 30 SB, and hit more HRS.

Aybar>>Jeter. Jeter is on the decline and Aybar is on the upswing. Should score 100+ runs in that lineup. Add 25-30 SB and you have a nice SS.
