I like Myers a lot more than Willis this year. I don't know about dropping Kearns though. I'd maybe try to trade some of that solid hitting sitting on your bench for some pitching. A perfect scenario would be a two-for-one to open up a spot for Myers as well as whoever you got, but someone else might grab him while you're trying to deal. I'd try to cash in on Willis' name value while he still has some (I don't expect much from him this year) and package him with one of your bench hitters for a better starter. Then grab Myers with the open spot and you'd have a much stronger, more balanced team IMO. Good luck.
