I drafted Aroldis Chapman before he was sent to the bullpen. "Holds" are not a category in my league. Should i drop Chapman or is there a good chance he will be used as a Starting Pitcher if another starter gets injured, or when Bill Bray takes over as setup man

Is this a roto league? If so he still has pretty good value.
