I pride myself on having a very balanced team, and this trade would obviously tip the scale. He does have guys like Wandy or Lilly (DL) that I could probably counter with and fetch in this deal as well. Some other WW replacements are Hughes, Bedard, Leake, Porcello, Pavano. While getting Kemp would be nice, I would really miss out on the high W/K and low ERA/WHIP combo from Halladay and Lee together.

I'm going to say no. It is close but I think you are giving up a little too much and I don't think adding Wandy or Lilly makes that up. So either get another player in the deal or decline it.
