Drop a Starter for a Reliever?

The league is just me and my friends trying to learn, so it's 5x5 roto. Standard 25 man rosters. As per the law of the board, here's my position players:
Miguel Montero, Eric Hosmer, Dustin Pedroia, Kevin Youkilis, Troy Tulowitzki, Jose Reyes, Michael Cuddyer, Jacoby Ellsbury, Andrew McCutcheon, Michael Bourn, Emilio Bonifacio, Desmond Jennings, Adam Lind, Buster Posey, Alex Gordon

But more importantly, here is my question and my pitchers: Should I drop one of my starters to pick up Heath Bell out of FA?

montero- no need for 2 catchers
bonifacio- his major usage is SB and you already have bourn, ellsbury,reyes, mccutch and jennings
lind-no need for him

i would pick up 2 closers and maybe another SP.
