Nelson Cruz for James Shields..worth it??

As you can see, my pitching game could use some reinforcements and I think my OF's are pretty solid. Plus, I had Cruz last season (he was one of my keepers) and I'm not too sold on him because of his injury history. Is this trade worth doing?
