I like your outfield, but I don't see Melky having another big year. If I were you, I would try to trade him while he's still valuable, maybe strengthen 3B, C or SP.
I agree with the above post. Your starting pitching could have a great year or it could be a bust. too many risks! the good thing is that you never know how pitching will turn out. they can all have a huge year.
For 16 teams, that's a damn good roster IMO. When Montero gets C eligibility, that'll be a big upgrade for you over Hunley. Your pitching is one massive roll of the dice. The good news is: guys like Strasberg and Darvish are younger, so they should have nowhere to go but up. And if Santana's even 75% of what he was, he's a solid 2 or 3 SP. I like it personally.

God damn. That is an impressive team for a 16 teamer man ... No joke! Your pitching is pretty sick. Personally, I'd try to trade a pitcher for a possible upgrade at 3rd or ss, but overall ... I think it's pretty nice.
Also, I don't like Strasburg at the top of the rotation. He will probably be shut down by the September-October timeframe. Washington may be out of playoffs and they will want to rest his arm coming off surgery.
He will not be helping you during your playoffs. I would try to trade him while you can.
