[YO Help me!]

I'm in a Yahoo Head 2 Head League, 12 team League. What you think needs to be done to the batting and pitching? How can i make my batting and pitchin stronger? I hear Prior might be out for atleast a 1 month who is worth starting until Prior comes back. Can you suggest better trades where i could get better SP's

FYI... I had recently traded Hank Blalock for Richie Sexton because i needed a stronger 1B. Once J. Reyes is eligeble for 2B i'm thinkin of trading him for a better SP or RP.
