It's already been stated...your hitting is the strength and your pitching seems to fall flat fast. However, seeing as the package trade has already been proposed, I think that one or two of those pitchers in the FA pool may be worth it. Personally...I LOVE Bedard this season. He's in a pretty weak hitting division overall and he slots as the ace of an up and coming Pirates team. He'll see 14-15 wins this year I think and should have a decent ERA as well. I also think Niemann is a pretty good pickup, though he's down a bit in the rotation and he plays in a division full of hitters so I'd be a bit wary with him.
Whether you opt to drop or trade, I think it's clear that it needs to be outfielders that go. You have a ton of them and I gotta believe that guys similar to Torii Hunter and Vernon Wells will be available in the FA pool all season long. If you can find someone who is high on a player like that, you may be able to get a more solid arm in your lineup though odds are, no one will value those guys highly at all. By the same token, if you value those guys high enough to keep them on your roster and potentially start them, you can attempt to trade off one of your better outfielders for a top pitcher. That being said though, I personally don't trust players of that nature at all and believe whole-heartedly that you can pick up the flavor of the month guy off of the wire and get just as much production as you can with a Hunter, Wells or Willingham.
Overall though, despite your above average batting, I think if you don't improve your pitching, it's going to prove to be your undoing as the league plays out. I'd give the team a 6/10 with the score improving if you're able to solidify the pitching a bit without totally decimating your hitters.
