When to drop Ubaldo and for whom

16 team h2h league with points, want to add a potential reliever to fill out my pitching. How long should I wait before dropping Ubaldo? Velocity down, doesn't seem too focused on the Indians, will miss first start. Already have him on the block, but don't see many takers.

I put together what should have been an easily accessible tiny pic of my roster and league points, but this is my first post and it "looks too spamy for a new user"

Definitely don't drop him YET. Let some time go by before you fully know whats going on with this guy. He clearly has some problems going on throwing at batters, and as you stated velocity down. After last years performance I made sure I stayed away from this guy as he seems to be slipping up! Definitely try and propose some trades with him involved. It's hard to see where you need improvements as you haven't posted your roster. I would say try and trade him now as his value seems to be depreciating fast.
