Should I do this trade?

Hi everybody!

Should i trade Morse, Jones and Young for Teixeira and Phillips?

My team (12-manager-league, MLB):

C: Miguel Montero
1B: Mike Morse
2B: Ryan Raburn
3B: Ryan Zimmerman
SS: Troy Tulowitzki
OF: Adam Jones
OF: Brennan Boesch
OF: Ryan Braun
U: Delmon Young

P: Los Angeles Angels

BN: Chase Utley
BN: Ryan Howard
BN: Matt Joyce
BN: Adam Dunn
BN: Jeff Francoeur
BN: Jose Tabata (claiming Rizzo off waivers with him right now)

I plan on having Phillips play 2B until Utley is healthy or use him as trade bait right away to pursue another outfield bat, since I would give up 2 starting outfielders in that trade.

I would absolutely make that deal.

Tex is the best player in the deal by a fair margin. Phillips is a good option at 2B and a big upgrade over what you have (even Utley IMO).

Losing Morse is tough, but with his health in question, this deal is a no brainer. Jones is a good OF option. Young is expendable in a 12 team league- better to use that DH spot on another guy (say a backup IF if you can swing it- Utley when he comes back would be perfect). Picking up another OF to replace Young shouldn't be too difficult. If there isn't a good option available, play whoever is hot and rotate until you hit someone good.

You win value wise by a lot IMO.

Do you see any flaws in the rest of my lineup I should adress? I think my outfield is weak aside from Braun of course, especially after the trade.
