Ragged or Riches?

I'm in this 10 team $ league with some friends, and cant seem to figure out If i did well in my auction or not. I have a pretty solid core, but ran out of cash, so the back end of my pitching staff and OF are looking pretty ragged. I guess I didn't do enough research this year, and was out of the country for the second half of last season, so I felt a bit unprepared for the auction. Any advice or opinions you can give for this team will be appriciated, and please do leave a link.
