Rate My Trade (CJ, Papelbon Included)

Postby KingOfSports » Mon Apr 02, 2012 9:24 pm

I needed to improve my rotation. (12 teams H2H Categories)

I give: Delmon Young, Jemile Weeks, Jonathan Papelbon
I get: CJ Wilson, Jason Bay, Huston Street

My rotation is now Dan Haren, CJ Wilson, Madison Bumgarner, and Justin Masterson as my main four.

I'd say you did well. Replaced Paps with Street and landed a top-20 SP for low cost.

Agreed, I don't think you'll miss Young or Weeks all that much given the improvement to your staff. Gotta hope Street goes the full year.

idk i feel your are going to miss young and weeks but thats me, overall its not a bad trade you get what you needed in a SP and were atleast able to replace your CP

Good trade for you, imo. You gave up a little offense and good closer to get back a solid closer and SP. Then maybe Bay will have a bounce back year and it will really pay off.

I'd give myself a pat on back.
