whereas this solution sounds fine on the surface, the problem is that different owners might get to play this team a different number of tiimes...

I am not convinced there is a "good" solution beyond getting a new manager in there.

you might also want to try to email "username"@yahoo.com and see what happens...

maybe you should, after all, ask the other league members to see what they would like to do.

You have to bench his players and leave them benched. its the only fair way

no it isn't fair, unless you rearrage the schedule in such a way so that everyone plays this team the same number of times.

I think you guys are missing the obvious solution. Hunt the guy down & eliminate him.....but make it look like a suicide. On second thought, maybe I'm taking this fantasy baseball stuff too seriously.

22 weeks, so 7 team plays him 2, but 2 teams play him 3 times.

this would be my solution, _but_ it requires league involvement.

1) figure out which 2 teams will play the guy 3 times.

2) for two weeks make up his roster -- pick up whoever you think will give this team the best chance to win and do not drop any superstars and play to win against the two 3-time players. if you are one of these two players, delegate the moves to someone so that you can not be accused of cheating.

3) after that bench EVERYONE. so all the owners get exactly 2 byes from this team.

anyhoo... that's what I'd think about doing... the only other choice is starting a new league and redrafting with retroactive stats for those that had people in the japan series.
