It's always nice getting Votto, but I don't think you need him. Like the above poster said, this deal would kill your pitching too much.

absolutely no!
you have prince and howard coming back in a month or 2, why give away your pitching for one hitter?
with votto you may be able to win 4-5 cats every week but pitching you wont be able to win more the 2 a week prolly. think needs if your going to make a trade.

Don't make the move. Your offense is already good enough with Prince/Miggy/J-Hey/Stanton imo, and your SP depth would take a huge hit if you trade away Greinke.
Stay put, you will make the playoffs easily with this roster (barring injuries).
