I can't believe that Ubaldo would clearly attack your fantasy baseball team like that. That punk has no respect for you whatsoever.
Maybe if Tulo doesn't want to get hit, he should keep his trap shut. Not sure how this is any different than the other 600 intentional hit batters every year in MLB.

Hey that's a fair opinion...but Ubaldo should start preparing for interleague play nonetheless.
And hurling a fastball at a former teammate because he hurt your feelings is pretty low in my opinion. But again, Ubaldo will get his
Why don't they just get a house that's already painted?
"Ubaldo Jimenez was allowed to speak to the media after Sunday's game, contrary to prior reports, and said his pitch that beaned Troy Tulowitzki was unintentional. Jimenez claimed he was confused by all the hoopla after he plunked his former teammate. Colorado's one-time ace said he was just pitching inside, lost his control, and only approached Tulo because the shortstop called him a name. The pair have a history of speaking negatively about each other in the media and it will be difficult to separate fact from fiction in this case. Bud Selig will likely have to do so, however, because Colorado is expected to ask for Jimenez to be suspended. Source: Troy Renck on Twitter Apr 1 - 6:50 PM"

Not saying it was a classy move by Ubaldo, but Tulo was the instigator IMO. His getting thrown at is nothing out of the ordinary.

I don't like guys getting thrown at, but completely agree with this. Not sure why he deserves a crazy suspension for something that happens all the time. If he indeed is suspended, should just be the normal 5 games or whatever (1 start).
Side note, Cleveland's Interleague schedule this year: vs MIA, @ STL, @ CIN, vs PIT, vs CIN, @ HOU. No direct retribution coming, at least this year.
Jimenez is a little cry baby. If he wanted a long term deal like Tulo or Cargo, maybe he should have pitched better. He has been horrible the last year and a half. Even Cleveland is worried about his drop in velocity. Tulo is the leader in Colorado. He has the respect of his teammates. To blame Tulo is absurd. Jimenez got in Tulos face after hitting him.

Jimenez deserves a 10 day suspension and needs to learn to shut up and produce on the field. As noted, he has stunk for the past year and a half and I do not expect any resurgence this season.
After watching the video, there's no evidence that it was an intentional HBP. Looks like an inside pitch that got away from Jimenez. Happens many times. Right away Tulowitzky turned to face Jimenez, droped the bat the way that clearly indicated that he is ready to brawl, and started yelling at Jimenez. Than Jimenez droped his glove, and walked towards Tulowitzky. Jimenez deserves no suspention.
