Berkman for Alex Gordon? WHIR

Postby Wiserman20 » Fri Mar 30, 2012 9:55 am

Straight up straight forward deal here. Standard 10 team H2H POINTS league.

I'm betting Gordon at 28 has a higher ceiling vs. an aging Berkman. Both had big years but i'd bet Gordon has the best chance to repeat/improve. Thoughts?

I prefer Gordon, but i think Berkman has one more good year left.

I like Gordan as well. Berkham is getting up there in age and I think he will slide a bit.

I like Gordon too. Remember, Berkman will be batting in a Pujols-less lineup all of a sudden, and is a year older, while I actually like KC's offense more this year than last year. Gordon gives you all 5 categories, and is on the rise.

Like the rest, and for almost the same reasons, I'd pick Gordon.

Thanks for commenting in my post.

Do it! KC lineup is improving, STL lineup took a huge hit losing Pujols.

BP has the Cards scoring 90 more runs then KC, and 44 more then last year.
They have KC scoring 14 fewer runs.
Yes they lost Pujols, but they gained Beltran, will have Freese all year.
Not that it matters in the choice, but thought i would throw it out there.
