I would get Josh Johnson and Markakis
I would trade Lincecum
Markakis is a wash in my opinion, so is it worth the trade for losing Lincecum for Johnson?

No way. Keep Lincecum. The other side is way riskier without the clear upside to make it close to being worth the risk

There is no way I make this deal! JJ could get injured, and Markakis has the potential to become droppable. Stick with Lincecum

Not even worth considering...unless you have some crazy crazy pitching depth and have a bunch of tier 10 outfielders.
