Who to keep???

Having a keeper dilemma. 10 team league, $100 salary cap. Start 12 hitters (1 @ each position, 4 OF & 2 U) and 9 pitchers.

Trying to decide which of the following to keep, pick 3:
Drew Storen- $3.50
Desmond Jennings- 2
Starlin Castro- 2.25
Brandon Phillips- 5
Jordan Walden- 2
Carlos Santana- 6.25
Matt Wieters- 2

My other keepers are as follows:
Votto- 5
Upton- 6.25
Bautista- 5
Carlos Gonzalez- 5
Grienke- 6.75
CC Sabathia- 9.25

Toss up between Jennings, Phillips, Walden. I'd probably lean towards Phillips. Then MI is set.

Sabathia for 9 and a quarter? Oof. I'd like to keep him for sure, but that is terrible value.

I'll probably go with Phillips for 5, Wieters for 2/Santana for 6.25, and Castro for 2.25.

I'd also recommend keeping either Jennings for 2 or Storen for 3.50, and dump Sabathia as a keeper.

I'll start by saying I am basing this on a standard 5x5 because you did not say.

CC is not a value keep at $9.25, Desmond and Starlin clearly are at $2 and $2.25. I like the other obvious keepers but do yourself a favor, toss CC back and take the vaule in Desmond and Starlin. Also, Starlin is a SS which is a very shallow position every year and this year is no different. SP's are a dime a dozen and you can target a McCarthy, Luebke, Gio, D hudson, Garza, Darvish, Zimmermann, and M Moore, grab 2-3 of them and you will have a great rotation with Grienke (stud this yr). Lower value SP's like M Minor, Lilly, Francisco Liriano (hate the bastand, but he will rebound in 12'), Johan Santana (flier) and j Chajin. These guys are going to have a solid year, so don't waste $9.25 on a guy that will get you a top of the line numbers but costs you 9.25% of your total bankroll. Good Luck.

Those are the 3 I would choose. 9.25 isn't cheap for Sabathia but it isn't overpriced IMO. That comes out to $24.5 if there was a $265 cap.

I like the Weiters value, except you are 10 team with only 1 starting catcher. If you don't get a big name you could wait and get one of the mid tier guys on the cheap and not be too bad off. Maybe go Zack Attack just to assure one stud pitcher and a little value.

This and probably keeping Walden at $2 over CC. Unless you think SP will be pretty scarce I would rather have the extra money and get more pitching that have so much locked into one guy.
