is Andino worth a roster spot. i am in a 14 team deep league, WW isnt pretty,
Andino has 2b,3b and SS and looks to be starting in baltimore.

No, I would say not. But if this question is any reflection of the actual conditions of the WW, you're better off shooting in the dark probably.
