A manager in my league is open to dealing Halladay. I wouldn't mind going after him for the right price. He has Ike Davis at 1B and I have Votto with Teix in my UT slot. Would you make a Teix + a SP for a Halladay/Davis type deal? I see Ike putting up decent numbers this season not far off Tex. 12 team h2h 5x5 OBP instead of AVG and QS instead of W's C Soto 1B Votto 2B Pedroia 3B Reynolds SS Reyes OF Kemp, Granderson, Boesch UT Tex SP Verlander, Price, Pineda RP Walden, League P Marcum, Jamie Garcia BN J.Chacin, C.Perez, G.Floyd, T. Bauer, Alexei Ramirez, B. Belt

Maybe try offing Tex/Pineda for Hallday/Davis. That would seem fair to me.
Please answer mine?

Is my offence strong enough to take the hit of losing Teixeira?

Tex for Doc straight up could work - try it as a first go around. Thanks for the help with mine.

I have Halladay on my team and I am looking to deal him. I would not consider taking Tex straight across. Tex/Pineda is an even worse deal.

I'd start with Tex straight up.... It is not an insult and he'll come back with something if he wants to pursue further. Bring hte counter back to the Cafe.
