Max Scherzer or Shaun Marcum?

Looking at this trade:
I give: Scherzer or Marcum, Carpenter, and Trumbo
I get: Ben Zobrist, Harang, and Stauffer

Is this trade even remotely even in a way he will accept? I'm not sure he totally knows about Carpenter and I know he is hurting for pitchers......

i like Scherzer, but i'm not trading for bottom feeders like Harang and Stauffer, while trading away a 25 hr 3B, and a decent SP.

Well this is the team I'm trading with... Do you see a better trade? or should I just stay put? My whole thing is he wants Carpenter and I am trying to get rid of him now with whatever value he is has left (I don't think he knows he is badly injured) and maybe package him to maybe get someone I need.
