Improvements; Improvements; Improvements!!

Can someone please tell me where I can improve my team? I'm already looking to make some moves.... Maybe trade some pitchers? I was thinking about maybe: I just really need help improving some spots, but not sure how this trade if at all will benefit me??

I agree that trade does not have much of a chance if the owner is savvy.

As far as improving your team. Batting average might be a concern. I see quite a few guys who could hit less than .270 (Arcenbia, Weeks, B. Upton, Trumbo, Espinoza, Desmond, and maybe Rasmus and Cabrera).

I don't see Vlad playing at least until mid-season. I would drop him for a high average OF or C.

I would also handcuff B. Wilson with S. Romo if possible. I'm not convinced Wilson is 100%.

Otherwise it looks pretty strong. You should be very competitive.

Just dropped Vladdy for Mike Aviles as I like Aviles versatility at (2B,3B,SS)


Would it be smart to drop Ian Desmond for Brett Gardner? As I feel I need an OF?

That's a good idea. Not sure if Trumbo will get consistent PT. But how many teams are there in the league where Brett Gardner is sitting on the WW?

I don't mind the trade although Carpenter's injury is likely to scare the owner off. Walden is a good trade candidate because I think he is being under-valued right now. Depending on how much the other owner needs a closer, maybe offer Jackson instead.

Overall I think your team is fine. Maybe a little weak in the OF but if Rasmus bounces back then I think you will be fine. I think I would let Gardner stay on the WW and see what happens when the season starts. There are bound to be a few players that break out or start hot and then i would make a move for one of them.
