On this one I like Luebke. Petco is just to nice of a place to pitch. Washington is considered in the top 1/3 in regards to hitters parks and Petco is bottom 3. Interesting point, Miami is going to be a great pitchers park, maybe the best in the league.

Where are you getting that Washington is a hitters park?
It had a .955 run index, meaning it decreases runs by 4.5%.
There is no way yet to tell how Miami plays. Need a 3 year index on it.

I would go Zimmermann. I think he edges Luebke in Ks, Ws, and WHIP. I give Luebke ERA.
