Granderson/Montero for Hamilton/Heyward?

12 man keeper league, standard 5X5 Roto scoring. I got this offer today and am seriously considering it. He offered me a choice of Cespedes or Heyward, but I'd definitely prefer Heyward. Here is my offensive roster:

Should I pull the trigger? I don't see Granderson replicating last season again, but Hamilton's injury risk is concern as well.

How many do you keep?
Grandy won't repeat, but he's averaged over 30 hrs the last 3 years.
Him and Hamilton about a wash.
Montero over Heyward or Cespedes for me.
I would look to move Avila.

-I've tried shopping Avila several times but he has little to no value in this league for some reason
