I personally would go with Minor if he is guaranteed a spot in the rotation. He seems to be pitching well this spring. My other choice might be Chacin, but I don't like his whip.
Mike Minor has some great potential, but there is also a ton of SP talent in the Braves minor league system and Minor may be 2-3 rough outings away from a demotion. While I don't like the team he's pitching for I think Masterson is the best choice here for every category excep W's.

I think Minor is safe. Who knows how T Hudson comes back? If anyone gets demoted, my guess is the overrated Jurrjens.

That isn't an insult to Minor, I'm just not sure he stays in the rotation the whole year. I'm expecting Niese to shock people this year. If you're feeling a bit risky, I'd go Niese. If you'd rather play it safe, Minor is definitely a talent, and has a chance to log enough innings to really make him worth while.
