Drop Matusz and Wood for sure.

Get Worley, then either Chacin or Niese.

Drop Wood and Matusz and pick up Worley and Niese. However it's hard for me to leave Myers on the FA list. You can always trade saves unless the league is 8 deep or something like that.

Chacin and Niese would be the guys I would add. Not sure who would get the axe though.

I'd be grabbing Neise, Worley, Myers, Floyd and Stauffer.

Myers, for the saves but you can leverage those into SP.

I like Niese most of them all, followed shortly by a Vance Worley that has added a cutter to his arsenal.

Wood and Norris can be dropped. Alternately, you can drop Matusz instead of Norris, but I kind of like Matusz a bit more.
