I have been proposed the following, Nelson Cruz and James Loney for my Gio Gonzalez and Daniel Murphy.
My main concern is that this leaves me with just Verlander and and Edwin Jackson as my starters but my outfield is shit right now after Granderson...
I am in a 18 team league, head-to-head/1 win per week. Please advise, thank you!
My Whole team:
C-Wilson Ramos
1B-Mark Reynolds (1B,3B)
2B-Ben Zobrist (2B,OF)
SS-J.J. Hardy
3B-Daniel Murphy (1B,2B,3B)
OF-Brett Gardner
OF-Curtis Granderson
OF-Jonny Gomes
UTL-Garrett Jones
BN-Johnny Damon (Autodrafted when I was away...)
BN-Rafael Furcal (SS)
BN-Jerry Hairston Jr. (2B,3B,OF)
BN-Eduardo Nunez (2B,3B,SS)
SP-Justin Verlander
SP-Gio Gonzalez
SP-Edwin Jackson
RP-Jose Valverde
RP-Rafael Betancourt
RP-Kyle Farnsworth
RP-Fernando Salas

Good deal but you need Gio, can't afford to lose him. Not easily replaceable in an 18 teamer
Help on mine

I agree with Nighttrain, Cruz is a nice player, but your pitching would be very thin after Verlander. I also expect Gio to excell in WAS due to to the league switch. Between him and verlander you could have two K machines. Also Loney has no power at all for a power dominant position and it isn't like he is going to hit .320, so I am not a fan of his game at all for fantasy, but that is just me.

Yeah, I am pretty uncomfortable in dropping Gio.
I am considering making a counter offer replacing Gio with Edwin Jackson for his Drew Stubbs instead of Nelson Cruz..
