What kind of value could i get for Jesus Montero? WHIR

In a 10 team, 7 player KEEPER lg...what kind of value could Montero get me?

Say a guy needs a catcher, what kind of 1B or SP would Montero be able to net me?


Just give me specific examples of players that should be available, I just need an idea.

My Cain, Montero and Worley for his Hamels, Big Papi and Jordan Zimmermann

You might target a Jordan Zimmermann, Beachy or the like. Maybe shoot even higher at first and then come down to that.

I'm not sure he currently nets any real value by himself. People expect him to hit, but now that he plays in Safeco instead of Yankee Stadium in a considerably weaker lineup, the general feeling is that his production totals will not be what they would have been. Luckily for you catching is thin on the offensive end, so if you don't get anything you like now, you could hold onto him and if he starts mashing trade him while his value is at his highest. Right now though, I personally would be hesitant to trade anything of true value for a question mark in my lineup and I am a believer in his hitting ability (Not so much in Seattle's offense though).
