Rank these 4 players, im looking to add 2 of them. 12 team league H2H 5x5

I would rank them as follows

1) Peavy - Could return to being a borderline #1. Saids he's heathly again.
2) Bedard - Ditto as Peavy except health is an issue. Probably looking at 100-150 IP.
3) Volquez - I could swap him and Bedard. More upside than Bedard, pitching in Petco, but it won't matter if he does not stop walking hitters.
4) Lilly - A decent option for throwing at home with the right matchup.

Please help with mine.

I like Bedard and Lilly. Not a fan of the other two.

Bedard and Peavy

Bedard and Volquez. Bedard will always be an injury risk, but he's looking okay so far this spring. I like Volquez with him move to San Diego's cavernous park. Not a fan of Lilly or Peavy.
