Not to be impolite, but did you do any research before drafting? Howard won't be around until may at the earliest, Youk is a perrenial DL candidate and is hurting once again, and carpenter is out for an indefinite amount of time. The team looks alright in certain spots but I can't really put anything together because so many of your pics are going to miss time.

I'm aware of my injury issues. To be honest, i completely forgot about Carpenter's issue. I can plug in Youk at 1B, until Howard is back, hopefully he'll hold up till then. I'll put Freese at 3B, and see what happens for the time being. I'll have to find a solid P to replace Carpenter though. I can't beleive I completely forgot about that. I guess I'll have some growing pains during my first year. Any suggestions on who to pick up or trade for to fill my problem spots?

Not bad for a first timer, but I think even you know that you have some room to grow. You have a roster that is incomplete right now because of the injury factor, on top of that, you have guys who are healthy now that cannot be relied on to play a full year. Howard and Carpenter were wasted picks and youkilis and crawford have a high risk factor as well. You also have a lot of red sox on your team so you could run into scoring issues with days off.
Everyone has to start somewhere and it could have been worse, so good luck. A whole new game starts now as you try to master the waiver wire and trading.
