I am on the clock for our minor league (6 slots) reserve draft. This is a $300 mixed 6x6 roto league with OPS and K/9 as 6th cats. 2 catcher, MI, CI, 5 OF, 10 P, 6 bench and the aforementioned 6 minors slots to go with the usual positions.
Minor League players are all given $3 salaries and can be kept up to 4 years at a 20% annual increase following the season that they go over their rookie requirements.
I am going in with Jesus Montero and Manny Machado already. I have 2nd pick and have targeted these players. Who would you take and how would you rate them?
Wil Myers
Jurickson Profar
Gerrit Cole
Danny Hultzen
Tyler Skaggs
Randall Delgado
Jacob Turner
Bubba Starling
Dylan Bundy
Drew Pomeranz
Thanks for the help

Why Skaggs?
Profar
Starling
Bundy
Cole
Myers
Hultzen
The rest don't interest me that much.

I'm straight on Skaggs, especially considering what's still available here.
Myers to me is #1. Bauer would be #2 if available. After that I would probably go with Profar, Hultzen, Starling, Cole then Bundy, but it's all a matter of preference, IMO. In fact, I am going to assume that Archie Bradley is also available. I would include him in with the latter group. I like him a lot.
