TRADE HELP WHIR (undervaluing tulo??)

Postby macmillanben » Mon Mar 26, 2012 12:47 pm

The league is standard 5x5 h2h but there's only 6 teams so all the teams are talent filled as well as the free agent pool..Here's my current teams

C-posey (wieters and avila are both FAs)
1b-Hosmer
2b-Pedroia
3b-Wright
SS-Tulo
1b/3b- A-rod
2b/Ss- Zobrist
OF-Braun
OF-J.Upton
OF-Mccutchen
OF-B.Upton
OF-C.Young
U-Butler
Bn-Castro
Bn-Heyward
Bn-Adam Dunn

P-Haren
P-Greinke
P-Shields
P-Moore
P-Hellickson
P-Wainwright
P-Hanson
P-Bumgarner
P-Beachy

I don't like the fact that I have Castro on the bench so I am thinking about offering Tulo/A-rod/Shields for Longoria/Lincecum or Tulo/Shields for Mccann/Johnson/Hamels

I somehow got Tulo at 11th so the guy with Longo may not even bite seeing as Longo was drafted 3 spots later

I would stay put. The fact that you have 3 possible slots for Castro enter the lineup means you should be able to get him in a descent amount of time. I would not do either of those trade below. Alex Rodriguez is going to have a big year, Tulo is the best shortstop in the league, and I honestly think James Shields can win 20. Stay put unless you get blown out of the water.

Help with mine?

Consider it a luxury, Wait for an injury to strike a team (Reyes owner) and offer up Castro.

I like this or I would deal Castro. I would be happy with where I got Tulo and try and ride him to a title.
