I like this a lot more than the other one. You're getting back a top 10 talent without giving up any immediate top 10 talent (and most likely it never will be top 10 talent).

Gallardo is darn expensive at 30, and the other two's immediate impact will be slight.

If you can get that trade done, it'd be very nice for you.

If you have those three, then getting rid of Holliday for Kimbrel is definitely the right move. Would Morse slide to 1B or UTL if you also get CarGo?
