I like the deal if you are getting Braun. It has a chance to be a bad deal at the end of the season but it also has a chance to be a steal. Braun is the best player and you rarely can go wrong when you are getting that player.
"In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and has been widely regarded as a bad move."- Douglas Adams
I think it has the potential to be one sided, but its not vetoable.
Tex isn't getting younger, and I believe his numbers have continued to dip the last few years. Heyward to me has a lot to prove, and Freeman is a solid 1B, but Braun is greater than that combo in my opinion.
Who ever gets Braun wins the trade, but not vetoable.
I think he means that he could see justifying the acceptance of this trade for both parties. I would prefer Braun, but if my team were thin on talent and I needed to fill some holes, I think it would be ok to take back Teix/Freeman/Heyward. I wouldn't be devastated, anyway...

Its not vetoable first to me but as for would I take it - depends on how deep the league is. in a 10 team league - i 100% want the Braun side - I can find a CI 1b to replace freeman and texi - if its 12 + i want the Texi side because you are really getting 3 solid players and can dump your worst schlubs.
