Tough but I think I would do the deal for Kemp and Longoria. You are giving up some good players and lose a little bit of your depth at SP but I would have to think there are still some quality SP on the WW which will help even this out. So yes I would do the deal.

Make him toss in at least a #3-4 SP to complete the deal. He has to drop a guy anyway so you should try to get one of his OK SPs instead of hit the WW.... 2c
