Help with my keepers for this season?

You get 3 keepers in my league, but automatically keep anyone with 3 years or under of MLB service time. Also, every time one of my players gets drafted off my team, I get to keep one more player. This is only my second year in the league with most of the other guys have been in for almost 10 years. When you take young players out of the equation, these are some of my bigger players on the roster, help me pick my 3:

Position:

Ryan Howard
Billy Butler
Andre Ethier
Michael Young
Lance Berkman
Alfonso Soriano
Shin Soo Choo
Geovany Soto
Stephen Drew

Pitchers:

Tim Hudson
Matt Garza
Doug Fister
Ian Kennedy
Roy Oswalt
Jose Valverde

Also take into consideration some of my young players that are kept under my control: Brett Lawrie, Dee Gordon, Freddie Freeman, Devin Mesoraco, and Vance Worley.

Any help with picking 3 is greatly appreciated. . .

Young, Kennedy, and Choo I guess. Butler I thought about. Both he and Choo are good, just not sexy picks.

How many years is Kennedy? Three already. I can see the tight spot you are in. Good luck.

Kennedy, Young and Butler. Then keep Berkman or Choo when the first player off your team gets drafted.
