I want to improve my rotation. Chapman's velocity appears much improved. Should I drop Matt Harrison and pick him up? Alternately, I could pick up Phil Hughes or, if he will get saves, Broxton. Thoughts?

with chapman's upside, i would definitely make that swap, especially with madsen going down and the possibility of chapman becoming the next great closer

with a k/9 rate of 13, it doesn't matter too much, and i don't even think the reds know at this point. they have sean marshall, whom their gm wants to close, but dusty baker wants him in the bullpen. either or, in a keeper league i would take the chance while it's still available, especially since it doesn't seem like you're gonna be relying on harrison too much.
