Pick Up Lorenzo Cain?

In a keeper H2H 6x6 league and was wondering if I should take a chance on Lorenzo Cain as he's been tearing it up this pre-season? The players I have available to drop are...

Colby Lewis - $6 2 years left (can release contract)
Jose Tabata - $3 3 years left (can release contract)
Ian Desmond - $3 3 years left (can release contract)
Matt Capps - $4 1 year left (have to pay for him this year)

I'm inclined to drop Lewis first out of these players? What do you guys think?

I think I would drop Tabata first. He really hasn't done much to prove that he is worth rostering at this point. Also the guy that is unlikely to be picked up.

i would also replace tabata with cain. getting same type of player just better with cain. colby lewis you can atleast stash untill he gets hot.
