What Am I Missing About My League's Scoring? Weird Rankings

SB + 1

Caught SB -1

That scoring for a H2H points league isn't THAT crazy is it?

Well, if you look at the ESPN 2012 stat projections, using those specific league setting you see some crazy stuff.

- Marco Scuturo ranked as the #4 SS, ahead of #5 Starlin Castro
- Carlos Lee ranked as the #7 1B, ahead of Hosmer, Konerko, M.Young. Michael Cuddyer is also ahead of those 3 as well.
- Mike Moustakis comes out ahead of A-Rod at 3B
- Carlos Lee as an OF is ahead of Pence, Hamilton, Stanton, Holliday, Carlos Gonzalez.

Etc...

I'm obviously not going to go by these league-specific rankings, but should I take them into consideration?

Like is Marco Scuturo a monster in this format or something? Is Carlos Lee going to be a STEAL in the 6th round?

Is it the -1 for Ks or the +2 only for HRs...

Marco Scuturo comes in at #44 overall, including hitters and pitchers.
So, in the league, with 16 players they're telling you they're expecting 3rd round value I guess.

He went 256 in another league I'm in. Amazing bargain...
