Guy is interested in David Wright. I feel that i have the ability to move wright since i have Bautista and feel i need more SP depth. THoughts on possible trades? He was offering Wainwright and Jim johnson for David wright. Not really sure on equivilent value for him. What about some combo of David wright and Shaun Marcum for Wainwright and Chris Carpenter (idk about the injury though). Thoughts? Just trying to plug some weaknesses

I really don't think your pitching is bad at all. A trade that would be close to fair so you can still get it done and still benefit you would possibly be
Send: Wright & Baker
Receive: Lawrie & Wainright

Are you in a keeper league? If so try doing Wright for Wainwright and Harper. Maybe throw him Hudson or Carlos Lee if he backs down on that.

I don't think so either, but I think that's what it would take for me to get it done. I would counter with that and hope he accepts, when he doesn't, oh well you tried and you weren't the one who shot the deal down.

there is no way you can get upton for wright you need to give up a lot more! with wright's injurys and him being the only player left in NY i almost like the first trade. you can replace wrights hr and rbis with lee and with wainwright your gonna get another cy young year from him. try and change johnson to street and i like that deal.

Definitely will have to throw something else in return but it would be worth it.
