How to deal with bad trades??!!??

My league uses the 2 day "veto vote" option. Yahoo supports this. Not sure about other sites.

We have 3 commissioners in our league. All 3 have to think it's a pretty fair or deal gets rejected. We do it this way because we ave alot of money in our pots. Usually about $2700.00 to the winner & about $1500.00 to the world series loser. There will be trades that are a little lopsided but none like what you mentioned. Besides we are in a keeper league & we have to much money at stake.
